  • Plants and animals of the garden.

We welcome you, we invite you, we ask forgiveness and your understanding.

Slugs and snails that we have thrown over the wall, picked up or crushed.

Earthworms that we severed by digging; microscopic life burned by sunlight through turning the soil.

All plants that have been dug up, divided, composted and neglected. Plants that we call weeds, the nettle, bindweed and marestail.

We offer these words to thank you and to continue to learn from you. We dedicate this garden to all of us, this place of interconnected life.
